I don't know about your experiences but my personal experience with the DMV on Sterling Boulevard have been pretty good. They have a system which works much better than a few years ago and they have staff which seemed more understanding of my personal situation than the typical government employee. They did try harder and help me with my problem better. So, I don't know if anyone of them will read this but I want to say "Thanks".
